Due to our (and our client’s) growth, we are looking for the perfect eCommerce Media Buyer to join our highly driven team. When you apply for this role make sure you use the word ad specialist in the first sentence of your cover letter.
Requirements
As a Facebook Media Buyer, you will be managing multiple client accounts with varying daily ad spend amounts. You will be working closely with a strong team of Media Buyers, Account Managers, and Creatives to generate the best possible results for your clients through paid media campaigns.
The right fit will be:
✔︎ An eCommerce Expert with at least 5 years of eCommerce experience and 3 years of running Facebook ads.
✔︎ Super organized and able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment.
✔︎ Excellent prioritization skills (previous experience of Asana and monday.com are useful).
✔︎ A fantastic communicator, a team player, and able to work in a group/team to achieve a common goal.
✔︎ Creatively inclined and confident to bring ideas to the table. We know that two or more heavy heads are always better than one!
✔︎ Result-driven and hungry to scale clients accounts to huge heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies
✔︎ Resilient to push through boundaries and breakthroughs on the Facebook platform.
✔︎ Someone with bags of energy who thrives working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
✔︎ Willing to learn and improve continually to be on top of Facebook and its changing algorithm.
✔︎ Experienced in managing several $100k+ budgets per month on Facebook, with a strong track record of proven results within the eCommerce space.
✔︎ Fluent in spoken and written English

✔︎ Take full ownership of projects and hold themselves accountable for the client’s success, treating each client’s account as if it was their own business.
✔︎ Understand that Media Buying is not a 9 to 5 job and that Facebook never sleeps.
✔︎ Have a real passion for Facebook Ads and have spent more hours than they can count on Facebook Ads.
✔︎ Understand the pain of stalled ads, campaign scaling, and testing but still get a kick out of cracking lower cost per conversions, higher click-through rates, and hacking ad set optimizations.
✔︎ Be familiar with (and know the difference between) lookalikes, custom audiences, CPMs, manual bidding, and all different creative variants on Facebook.
✔︎ Know how to put creative ideas into action with each specific brand at the forefront of their thinking. Understand the importance of this when implementing Facebook Ads.
